With this tool management system, users can quickly and easily gain an overview of who has which tool and its exact location. Tools can be checked in or out via a user-friendly app on smartphones and tablets.

When a tool is borrowed from the inventory, it is automatically registered to the employee, ensuring accountability regarding tool ownership. Additionally, if a GPS tracker from Skyhost is installed in vehicles, it is possible to associate the vehicle with the employee, enabling real-time tracking of tool locations. This feature is particularly beneficial for high-value specialized tools, as it simplifies the process of identifying their current location and user.

To facilitate transfers, tools can also be quickly reassigned to another employee by scanning the QR code attached to the tool.
